How it Works
- Following up results once tests are done is of utmost importance. We aim to contact you by text or call as soon as results are received (usually within 2 weeks).
- However if you have not heard from us after 2 weeks please contact the surgery using this form to follow up.
- If the doctor has advised a return appointment to review results then phoning to check results are in prior to attending is prudent.
- Results of tests ordered by consultants do not routinely come back to the surgery. They will have set up a review appointment for this.
